How can I switch the trackilive GPS tracker on/off?
Press the power button on the GPS device for several seconds until the shutdown tone sounds. On the tracklive TL-50, slide the slide switch to “Off”. You can switch off the tracklive TL-10 remotely via the app. Please note that switching on remotely is not possible!
The position of the GPS tracker moves even though the device is in one place all the time?
The trackilive devices use the GPS satellites in orbit to determine position. Even if the trackilive device does not move, the GPS satellites are constantly in motion and this may result in slightly different positions.
The trackilive GPS tracker can no longer be charged. What can I do?
Please check the device and charging cable for damage. If necessary, carefully clean the charging contacts. Please kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.
Why is 4G better than 2G?
The 2G mobile communications standard dates back to the 1990s and is gradually being switched off or has already been switched off in various countries.
Please note that you cannot use a 2G device in Switzerland as the 2G network has already been switched off there.

How do I set the alarms?
Alarms are set up and managed via the app or web interface. You can find more detailed information in the corresponding instructions for our trackilive app.
How does the SOS button work on the trackilive TL-10 and trackilive TL-5?
If the SOS button is pressed for approx. 3-5 seconds when switched on, the device sends a push message or email to stored contacts.
